CuddleMe, perusahaan manufaktur perlengkapan bayi sejak 2010 yang berlokasi di Kota Malang sedang mencari Sales Leader (handle reseller offline dan online) yang mampu membangun sistem pengolahan data sales yang baik, memelihara dan mencapai target penjualan / omzet reseller sales, mengelola dan memimpin tim serta menciptakan ekosistem sales yang berdinamika, agile dan transparan.

Location: Head Office, Jl. Indraprasta No. 7, Polehan, Kec. Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 08.00 - 16.15 WIB

Saturday : 08.00 - 14.00 WIB

Range Salary: Around 7 Mio (Based on Grade, and Review after Probation)

Responsibilities

Mengelola reseller volume besar & distributor utama sebagai akun strategis
Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dan memastikan pertumbuhan akun
Menjadi penghubung utama antara CuddleMe dan partner (1 pintu komunikasi)
Account Management:
1. Menjadi PIC utama untuk: Distributor / Reseller volume besar (top seller)
2. Menyusun Account Plan per partner (target, program, growth plan)
3. Monitoring: Penjualan bulanan, Stok gudang partner, Sell-out & repeat order
Sales & Growth, Menyusun target penjualan per akun
Koordinasi Internal:
1. Dengan Marketing: Program promosi khusus distributor, Materi konten & campaign
2. Dengan Logistik & Produksi: Forecast stok, Jadwal PO & pengiriman,
3. Dengan Finance: Term of payment Monitoring piutang
Problem Solving & Komplain
Reporting & Evaluasi

Must Have

Mempunyai Pengalaman 2–5 tahun di posisi:
1. Key Account Sales B2B
2. Business Development
3. Channel Management
Pernah handle:
1. Distributor / Reseller volume besar
2. Seller marketplace (Shopee / Tokopedia / TikTok)
3. Mempunyai pengalaman di industri : Baby products / parenting / FMCG / Brand yang bermain di reseller & distributor
Nilai plus besar jika pernah: Mengelola program reseller, Terlibat dalam launch produk baru,Mengatur distribusi wilayah

Hard Skill&Soft Skill:

Strong Excel, Google Sheet, Google Workspace
Skilled in:
Sells in Sell out
Stok & Rotasi Barang
Margin & Diskon Volume
Negotiation, Communication, Conflict Management, Consultation
